Machinery transport for training workshops and universities

Training workshops, vocational schools and university labs receive new machines or give old ones away – in the middle of buildings where teaching goes on. Dates, access routes and contacts are organised differently here than in an industrial company.

What matters

Teaching
Transports often take place during holidays or outside teaching hours.
Building access
Workshops are sometimes in the basement or behind narrow corridors. We set down at the agreed point – moving the machine inside is organised by the institution.
Public clients
Public institutions have their own procurement and approval processes. We need clear contacts.
Used teaching machines
Retired machines are often sold or donated – then with a new destination.

Planning questions

We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.

  1. At what times is a transport possible on site?
  2. Where should the machine be set down, and how does it go on from there?
  3. Is there a caretaker or facility management as contact?
  4. Who is the client and invoice recipient?
  5. Are there rules for access and parking on campus?

What we need from you

  • Preferred period

Preparation: You hand the machine over ready for transport – dismantling, later installation and commissioning are done by your team or the manufacturer's service.

Questions and answers: Training workshops and universities

Can transports take place during holidays?

Yes, by arrangement. Many institutions prefer times without teaching; we plan accordingly.

Where does Logisticoo deliver the machine at a school or university?

To the agreed set-down point, easily accessible on the premises. The route into the workshop is organised by the institution, for example with its facilities team or an installation partner.

Who is the contact at public institutions?

We clarify that at the start: usually the client and facility management. Clear responsibilities prevent delays on the day.
