How a machinery transport works

Four steps – and before every quote, clarity on who does what at collection and destination.

  1. 01

    Request

You tell us route, time frame, machine type, dimensions and weight. Missing values can be marked as “not known yet”.

  2. 02

    Review

We check the vehicle required, load securing and the loading situation. If something is missing we ask specifically – for example for the rating plate, photos or lifting points.

  3. 03

    Quote

The quote states the agreed scope: transport and, on request, loading, unloading and crane – plus the preparation that makes sense before collection.

  4. 04

    Execution

Collection on the agreed date, secured transport and handover at destination – ready to be set up by your team.

What “ready for transport” means

The machine is disconnected, operating fluids are drained or secured according to the manufacturer, moving axes and attachments are fixed. Your team or the manufacturer's service takes care of this – we tell you in advance exactly what should be prepared for transport.

Loading, unloading and crane

If suitable loading or lifting equipment is missing on site, we organise it for you. The quote states exactly what is provided – so you can plan with certainty and without surprises on collection day.

Countries and routes

We check every route individually. For destinations outside the EU, we clarify before quoting which export and import formalities apply and who handles them.
