Machinery transport for printing companies

Printers sell, replace and relocate machines – often used sheetfed offset presses to buyers abroad, finishing equipment such as folders and guillotines within the company. Each machine is planned as transportable units.

What matters

Second-hand market
Used printing presses often go abroad. Export formalities and long distances are then part of the plan.
Finishing
Guillotines, folders and saddle stitchers are smaller but also precise and heavy.
Space
Many printers are in industrial estates with good access – some, however, in old buildings with narrow doors.
Paper and consumables
Remaining stock is not a machine. It is requested separately.

Planning questions

We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.

  1. Which machines should be transported – printing, finishing or both?
  2. Into how many units will the press be split?
  3. Is the transport going abroad?
  4. What are the doors and access like at both sites?
  5. Who handles dismantling and installation?

What we need from you

  • Machine list with units
  • Dimensions and weights

Preparation: You hand the machine over ready for transport – dismantling, later installation and commissioning are done by your team or the manufacturer's service.

Questions and answers: Printing companies

Can Logisticoo deliver used printing presses abroad?

Yes, after reviewing the route. For destinations outside the EU we clarify export formalities and the route beforehand.

Are finishing machines transported as well?

Yes, for example guillotines and folders or saddle stitchers. They are smaller but precise and heavy and are secured accordingly.

Does Logisticoo also transport leftover paper stock?

Leftover stock is not a machine and is requested separately. This website is about transporting the machines.
