Transporting several machines in one order
Three lathes from an auction, a complete small-batch production line or a machine plus accessories: with several machines it is about combination – what fits on one vehicle, what has to travel separately, in which order is it loaded?
What matters
- Machine list
- A list with dimensions and weight per machine is the most important document. It shows what can be combined.
- Loading and unloading sequence
- What is loaded last comes off first. With several recipients or unloading points, the order has to be right.
- Partial deliveries
- Not all machines are ready at the same time. We plan partial deliveries instead of waiting for the last one.
- Shared lifting equipment
- If a crane is needed for several machines, a joint date pays off.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- How many machines are there, and what are their dimensions and weights?
- Do all machines go to one destination or to several?
- Are all machines ready for transport on the same date?
- May accessories travel on the same vehicle as the machines?
- Is crane or loading equipment needed for individual machines?
What we need from you
- Machine list with dimensions and weights
- Collection points and destinations
- Dates from which each machine is ready
- Loading situation at each site
Preparation: You hand the machine over ready for transport – dismantling, later installation and commissioning are done by your team or the manufacturer's service.
What we do for you
What we organise
- Transport planned around dimensions, weight and route – with the right vehicle and secure load
- Loading, unloading and crane work organised alongside on request
- One contact who coordinates dates with you and the people on site
Good to know
A machine list with dimensions and weights is the fastest route to a good combination – we show you what can travel together.
How it works
- 01
Request
You send route, date and machine details using the form below – anything unknown can stay open.
- 02
Review
Using the machine list we check which machines can sensibly be combined and define vehicles and loading sequence.
- 03
Quote
You receive a quote with the agreed scope – on request including loading and crane organisation.
- 04
Execution
Collection in agreed stages or all at once, transport and handover at each destination in the agreed order.
Questions and answers: Several machines in one order
Do several machines fit on one vehicle?
That depends on dimensions, weights and load securing, not on the number. With a machine list we check which combination is safely possible.
Do we have to wait until all machines are ready?
No. If machines are ready for transport at different times, we plan partial deliveries, provided this suits you and the recipient.
How is the order determined with several recipients?
The machine for the last unloading point is loaded first. That is why we need destinations and sequence in advance, so nothing has to be reloaded at the first stop.
