Deliveries for machinery dealers – recurring and predictable

Dealers move machines in both directions: bought from the previous owner, sold to the new customer. If you deliver regularly, you should not have to explain everything again each time – we keep the recurring details on record.

What matters

Two directions
Purchasing from the previous owner and delivering to the customer can often be combined in one plan if the dates fit.
Customer contact
When delivering, we appear on your behalf at the end customer. Who agrees dates with the customer – you or us – is set beforehand.
Dealer's yard
If the machine stands in your yard, loading equipment and access are usually known. That saves questions on every request.
Machine documents
Delivery note, rating plate data and, where required, export documents should travel with the machine – we tell you what we need.

Planning questions

We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.

  1. Do you deliver from your own stock or directly from the previous owner to the customer?
  2. Who agrees the delivery date with the end customer?
  3. Which loading equipment is permanently available in your yard?
  4. How often and to which countries do you typically deliver?
  5. Should we organise unloading at the customer's site?

What we need from you

  • Your location and usual destination countries
  • Typical machine types and weight classes
  • Contact for dates with end customers
  • Preferred process for recurring orders

Preparation: You hand the machine over ready for transport – dismantling, later installation and commissioning are done by your team or the manufacturer's service.

What we do for you

What we organise

  • Transport planned around dimensions, weight and route – with the right vehicle and secure load
  • Loading, unloading and crane work organised alongside on request
  • One contact who coordinates dates with you and the people on site

Good to know

For recurring deliveries, a short data set per machine pays off: dimensions, weight and condition. That makes your quotes arrive particularly quickly.

How it works

  1. 01

    Request

You send route, date and machine details using the form below – anything unknown can stay open.

  2. 02

    Review

We check which details stay the same for recurring orders and agree with you what has to be asked afresh for each order.

  3. 03

    Quote

You receive a quote with the agreed scope – on request including loading and crane organisation.

  4. 04

    Execution

Collection from your stock or the previous owner, transport and handover to the end customer on the agreed date.

Questions and answers: Deliveries for machinery dealers

Can recurring deliveries follow a fixed pattern?

Yes. We record details that stay the same, such as your stock location, the loading equipment available and the usual contacts. Per order we then mainly need machine, dimensions, weight, destination and date.

Does Logisticoo act on our behalf at the end customer?

We deliver as your transport service provider. Who agrees the date with the end customer and which documents are handed over is defined together before the first order.

Is a quote for recurring deliveries faster?

Yes. On recurring routes many details are already known, so we prepare quotes quickly. Per machine we then only need dimensions, weight and date.
