Machines to trade fairs and back
Trade fairs have their own rules: fixed set-up and dismantling times, prescribed delivery routes, often an official fair forwarder for unloading on site. We plan outbound and return transport so that your machine arrives in the right time window.
What matters
- Fair time windows
- Delivery is only possible during the set-up days and often only with prior registration. Arriving too early or too late means waiting.
- Unloading on site
- At many venues, an official fair forwarder unloads and moves goods into the hall. We clarify the handover to them.
- The way back
- After the fair, dismantling is tightly scheduled. The return transport should be planned right away, even if the destination is different.
- Empties and packaging
- Crates and transport frames have to be stored somewhere during the fair. This is usually handled by the fair logistics.
Planning questions
We clarify these points before quoting – the earlier they are known, the more precise the plan.
- Which fair is it, and which set-up and dismantling dates apply?
- Is there a prescribed fair forwarder for unloading on site?
- After the fair, does the machine go back, to a customer or on to the next fair?
- Does the machine travel packed or on a frame?
- Who is your contact at the stand during set-up and dismantling?

Questions and answers: Machines to trade fairs and back
Does Logisticoo unload the machine on the fairground?
At many venues an official fair forwarder unloads and moves goods into the hall. We clarify the handover to them and deliver within the set-up window.
Can the machine go straight to a customer after the fair?
Yes. The return transport does not have to go back to the factory; after the fair we plan the route to the destination you specify.
What if delivery falls outside the set-up window?
Then delivery is usually not possible or involves waiting time. That is why we check dates against the fair's requirements in advance.
